patpat Mall is committed to transparent pricing and offering a variety of convenient payment methods. All prices displayed on our platform are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Pricing

Prices on patpat Mall are set by individual merchants. patpat Mall displays these prices as listed by the merchants and is not responsible for pricing errors. Product prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the duration of the promotion period. Prices in your cart are locked at the time you add the item and remain valid for the duration of your session.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. COD is available for select locations and order amounts. A COD fee may apply depending on your order value and delivery location.

Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card)

Securely pay using Visa, Mastercard, and most Sri Lankan bank-issued debit cards. Our payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant and all transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Promotions & Discounts

Special discounts, coupon codes, and seasonal promotions are displayed on the product listing and checkout pages. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Invoices & Receipts

An order confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction. You can also download your invoice from the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
