Delivery Policy

patpat Mall is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. All deliveries are handled by our delivery partner, Citypak (citypak.lk), a trusted Sri Lankan courier service with over 30 years of experience and a network of 45+ branches island-wide.

Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed by the merchant within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched by the merchant.

Delivery Coverage

patpat Mall delivers island-wide across Sri Lanka, including remote areas, through Citypak's extensive branch network of 45+ locations.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines via Citypak are as follows:

  • Colombo (Colombo 1–15): Same-day delivery available for orders dispatched before 11:30 AM

  • Inter-city deliveries: 1–3 business days depending on the destination

  • Island-wide standard delivery: Up to 3 business days

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, public holidays, or high order volumes.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the package (maximum 50 kg per package), the delivery location, and the merchant's shipping rates. The delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Some merchants may offer free delivery for orders above a certain value. Check the product listing or the merchant's store page for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track the status of your delivery in real time via Citypak's tracking portal at track.citypak.lk.

You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your patpat Mall account dashboard.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), please contact our support team or Citypak's customer service with your tracking number for prompt resolution and to arrange redelivery.
